This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of CueSync (the “Software”), a digital product licensed by CueSyncLab.

2. Digital Product Policy

CueSync is a digital software product delivered electronically. Once a license has been purchased and delivered, it is considered used and activated.

For this reason, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted in the following exceptional cases:

• Where required by applicable law
• If the Software cannot be made to function as described due to a verified technical issue that cannot reasonably be resolved
• If a duplicate purchase has occurred

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in cases including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with unsupported or future versions of macOS
• Lack of intended features not explicitly advertised
• User error or misunderstanding of functionality
• Temporary technical issues that can be resolved via updates or support

5. Purchase Platform

All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Refund requests may be handled either by Lemon Squeezy or directly by CueSyncLab, depending on the situation.
